batch image resize in linux

Posted on August 26, 2008

found this great script to resize a load of images (i miss irfanview)

http://aaron.instantspot.com/blog/2007/04/30/Batch-image-resizing-in-Ubuntu

basically, once installed, you select a bunch of files, right click and select resize. choose the size, and it will create resized copies of the pictures in a subfolder (ie it wont mess up your originals)

wahey!
